Everything you need to know before ordering and pressing your transfers.

What artwork files can I upload?

Upload a PNG, PDF, or SVG. A transparent PNG is preferred. For the sharpest print, size artwork to the final print dimensions and use at least 300 DPI.

How quickly will my order be ready?

Most orders are ready to ship or pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Large or complex orders may need a little more time.

Do you offer local pickup and shipping?

Yes. Local pickup is available in Southern Oregon. Paid shipping is calculated at checkout for orders across Oregon and Northern California.

How do I press a DTF transfer?

Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds. Press the transfer at 300°F for 10 seconds using medium to firm pressure. Peel the film hot, then cover the print with craft paper or parchment and press again for 5 seconds. Test first, since heat presses can vary.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If we made a verified printing or quantity mistake, we will replace the affected transfers. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup and include clear photos. Customer-approved artwork, sizing, spelling, and design issues are not covered.
